-No Emotional Support Animals allowed in the building
-Only ADA Certified Service Animals are allowed. Service animals never leave a guest's side and is never left alone in a Unit while the owner is not there. If staff find a dog barking in your unit, you will be fined $300 through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
- No smoking or Vaping inside the unit including Marijuana. There will be a $300-$500 cleaning fee charged for smoking in the room
- Tampering with the building smoke alarms is a Federal offense and must never be done.
- No Parties
- Quiet time starts at 10pm in the building
